Stamford

From its earliest days in the 17th century, Stamford Connecticut, was a well known farming community. It transformed in a manufacturing center in the 1800’s and now has emerged as one of the most vibrant and prosperous cities in the Northeast. A multi-faceted community, Stamford is the third largest corporate center in the nation, home to Fortune 500 companies as well as many small family owned businesses. Residents enjoy a rich cultural life, a nationally recognized public school system, excellent recreational facilities and parks, beaches and marinas, live theater and the finest in area shopping and dining.

Only 47 Minutes to Manhattan, Stamford maintains its suburban character with housing that ranges from gracious homes on wooded acreage in North Stamford to elegant waterfront homes and condominiums on Long Island Sound. Stamford provides a New England setting, combined with the big city convenience and small town charm.
